What it is
The Delivery Conference (TDC) is a two day event about the part of ecommerce shoppers remember most: getting the order. The 2027 edition takes place at the Royal Lancaster London on February 9 and 10 and brings together more than 1,000 leaders from over 500 brands.
The program has 40+ speakers and 25+ sessions covering delivery, returns, international shipping and how AI is changing logistics. It is presented by ShipStation Global, so the focus stays on practical operations rather than abstract trends.
Why it matters for smaller online stores
- Delivery speed, shipping cost and easy returns are among the top reasons shoppers abandon a cart or never come back. This is the one event that focuses on exactly that.
- Brands share how they cut returns and shipping costs, which goes straight to margin for a small store.
- It is compact and held in a hotel venue, so it is easy to meet speakers and peers in two days.
Who should go
- Ecommerce managers responsible for shipping, returns or customer service
- Founders selling across borders who want to fix delivery costs and times
- Brands planning to change carriers, warehouses or returns software
How to get the most out of it
- Bring your numbers: average delivery time, return rate and shipping cost per order. They make every conversation more useful.
- Prioritize sessions on returns. Small changes to the returns policy and flow often pay off fastest.
- Combine the trip with Retail Technology Show or eCommerce Expo later in the year if you sell to the UK.
