Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process in connection with operating the KonvertiQ website (the reservation form for our ecommerce conversion audit), for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have — in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and, where applicable to you, other privacy laws such as the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar regimes.

Through the reservation form on the homepage, we collect:

• your name,
• email address,
• your store's URL,
• optionally: competitor names for comparison (Audit + Benchmark package),
• optionally: any note you choose to write to us.

In addition, our web hosting provider may automatically log technical data as part of normal server operation (e.g. IP address, browser type) — see section 6.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your reservation and communicating about the audit: based on the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Adding you to the audit waitlist so we can inform you about the launch and next steps: based on the same consent.
• Performance of a contract, if we mutually agree to carry out the audit: based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to hello@konvertiq.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. How long we keep your data

Data of prospects whose audit is not ultimately carried out is kept for 24 months from our last exchange, after which it is deleted. If an order is placed and an invoice issued, the data on that invoice is retained for the legally required period (typically 10 years for accounting records under Slovak law, as we are a Slovak-registered business).

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To run the site, we use the following processors, who have technical access to your data:

• Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com): processes and delivers reservation-form submissions to our email.
• Vercel Inc.: website hosting (technical/server logs, including IP address).
• Supabase: stores reservation records in a database.
• Ecomail (ecomail.cz): manages email contacts and sends our newsletter to subscribers who opted in.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): measures site traffic, active only after you consent to analytics cookies (see section 6).

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA (notably the US). In those cases we rely on their GDPR-compliance safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and tracking

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. These analytics cookies only run after you give consent via the cookie banner shown on your visit; you can change your consent at any time from the banner. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), during which your browser's IP address is shared with Google. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — if you are in the EU/EEA, with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) or your own country's authority; if you are elsewhere, with your local data protection or consumer protection authority.
